AL-STAL company – the market leader of polish aviation hangar doors market conducts a research and development project between 2020 and 2023 co-financed from European Union funds: „To develop an innovative technology – Elastico Warm – large-size, two coat lifting hangar doors with hybrid bearing profiles”.
The project aims to develop and implement a new type of hangar doors with innovative hybrid bearing profiles. Innovative solution of thermal core bearings of profiles MTP (Maximum Thermal Protection) allows for a high degree of critical stress-strain state with constant HSS (High Strength System) irrespective of door dimensions and loads acting on it. Application of double-folded moveable pole DMH (Double Hinge Mulion) additionally improves door’s functionality and increases the number of possible applications.
Extension of the present offer of AL-STAL including sliding and BI-FOLD hangar doors by two coat folding-up hangar doors Elastico Warm will allow the company to offer full range of large-size hangar doors to meet consumer’s needs.
