Transparency, far-reaching views and natural daylight are essential to make a space feel open. This is true of both offices and conference rooms as well as private homes. With the new Schüco Interior AP VS 43 ST partition wall system, Schüco Interior Systems KG, a subsidiary of the Bielefeld building envelope specialist based in Borgholzhausen, is offering a solution for the individual, flexible design of interior spaces.
The system is based on the universal infill fixture, an in-house Schüco development through which different materials can be combined in one profile system. This results in full flexibility and high transparency in design with as few profiles as possible.

Whether in the office, hotel or private living space to zone the home office – with the new aluminium partition wall system, Schüco is offering a system for contemporary interior design for residential and commercial projects. The narrow profile face width of just 43 millimetres creates maximum transparency to satisfy individual design requirements, ensuring any requirements for open-plan concepts and natural light can be met. With a maximum height of 3500 millimetres including safety barrier, the modular construction method also opens up new planning options for a range of building requirements.
One system for different spatial requirements
Project-specific requirements in terms of sound reduction, stability, as well as the ability to integrate electronic components can be combined in a single system and one basic depth. The universal infill fixture enables use of a wide variety of materials and surface finishes, side by side and in combination with one another. Thanks to the concealed cable guides, any screens, panels or electronic access systems you wish to install can be wired up in a way that does not spoil the design. Sun shading and screening systems, shelves and functional items of furniture can be easily integrated into the specially developed profile geometries. The uniformity of the system is also reflected in the newly developed glass door with sandwich construction, which can achieve the required sound reduction requirements in the door area.
Maximum efficiency in one system
The optimised number of profile types means that stock levels can be kept low and the modular system can be installed easily and efficiently on site. What's more, this helps to satisfy the demand for sustainability and conservation of resources, e.g. due to the option of replacing infill materials of the same thickness. Glass, wood, aluminium, metal and acoustic units with the same material thickness can be easily combined together.
In addition to the innovative partition wall system, Schüco Interior Systems offers additional high-quality aluminium systems for the overall interior room design. Schüco room, furniture and shelf systems are characterised by multifunctionality and can adapt to almost any application.
