Jacob Madsen, EVP for Region North Europe, has decided to leave the VELUX Group to take on an exciting role as Chief Commercial Officer at the Purmo Group, a leading European supplier in indoor climate solutions.
Jacob's journey with VELUX began in 1994, where he quickly took on the responsibility of building up VELUX Sales in Croatia, Slovenia, and Bosnia-Herzegovina. After serving as Managing Director in Croatia for five years and contributing to the establishment of RoofLite (now Altaterra), Jacob left the VELUX Group from 2004 to 2018.
Upon his return, Jacob took on responsibility for some of the Group’s most important markets, including General Manager for VELUX Germany, Regional SVP for Region DACH, and most recently, Regional EVP for Region North Europe and member of the Executive Group Management.
