for aluminium systems can be flexibly configured

It was designed for extremely slim profiles and offers many adjustment options. The hook above the gearbox can be adjusted from a sash height of 1200 mm and above, while the mishandling device is also adjustable to ensure reliable release in the event of warping. Roto Frank Fenster- und Türtechnologie GmbH (Roto FTT) describes how this new hardware represents an exceptionally high-quality and flexible solution for sliding elements up to a sash weight of 200 kg.

Impressive basic security

“Patio Inline | SR” can be used to produce aluminium sliding elements up to a height of 3000 mm and a width of 2000 mm. The hardware product range includes a total of three espagnolette versions. All of these provide a high level of basic security. How do they achieve this? The hardware boasts a push-back safeguard including an anti-jemmy device. This prevents tampering in the form of jemmying the sash or pushing the hook back.

The robust steel hook boasts exceptional pull-out strength. This is why the manufacturer also describes “Patio Inline | SR” as a “compact powerhouse”. An integrated espagnolette support prevents the gearbox from being tensioned when screwed into place.

Custom configuration

There is a choice of a compact espagnolette with 1-point locking, a single-action espagnolette with 1-point to 4-point locking, and a reverse-action espagnolette with 2-point to 4-point locking. A 5-point lock is possible when an extension is used. There is also the option to add a lock casing and, from a sash height of 1200 mm and above, one or more centring aids upon request. The position and number of centring aids can be freely chosen. The advantage of this variety is that “Patio Inline | SR” makes it possible to flexibly produce sliding elements to meet customers’ security needs and in many formats.

Adjustment and maintenance made easy

Various adjustment options, including the adjustable mishandling device and the adjustable hook, make it possible to easily compensate for construction tolerances due to thermal influences in the event of warping.

For instance, the hook above the gearbox can be adjusted by +3 mm to -3 mm from a sash height of 1200 mm and above, while the mishandling device
is also adjustable by +3 mm to -3 mm to ensure reliable release in the event of warping.

The height adjustable tandem roller unit ensures that sashes weighing up to 200 kg always move reliably. It is extremely easy to install and maintain. The rollers in the roller unit are easy to remove for maintenance purposes.

Class 5 corrosion protection

An important aspect for regions with a variable climate: “Patio Inline | SR” boasts the highest level of corrosion protection in accordance with DIN EN 13126. All hardware components meet the requirements of class 5. The system has been tested over 20,000 cycles in accordance with long-term functional performance class H3.
