HWL Trade Frames has introduced a full suite of cloud based customer service and business management systems, including 24/7 ordering, using Window Designer from First Degree Systems.
As an HWL customer, you can take advantage of the latest Fengo2 system to price and process orders for the specialist fabricator’s complete range of products, including its portfolio of market-leading heritage windows and doors. In addition to the ability to generate and process quotes remotely, from any device. Customers can also check on the status of orders and delivery times, as well as access and download any related documents.
HWL’s Director, Graham Howatson, said: It represents a step-change in service. The introduction of bar code scanning points on the factory floor has introduced another level of quality control into our production processes. Window Designer makes it so much easier for our customers to manage their businesses more efficiently – it gives them full visibility of their orders at any given time.
Our customers can also utilise a suite of business management tools with the Zandi CRM system – Graham continued. – This includes dedicated dashboards for outstanding issues, returns and replacements; an integrated calendar system that can help schedule sales calls, installations or remedial work and a suite of marketing tools to manage campaigns, responses and ROI.
HWL has recently expanded its premium heritage range – which includes its non-glass-bonded Timberweld Residence Collection and matching Timberweld Residence open-in door – with the introduction of the new 70mm Kommerling flush sash. The Leeds based fabricator is the first to offer the new Kommerling flush casement with a Timberweld joint, in addition to a regular 450 mitre weld.
In addition to its PVC heritage offer, HWL is also catering for the increasing demand for aluminium products with the new Prestige window from Sheerline. This combines a flush style finish with enhanced security and exceptional U-values of 1.3 W/(m2K) double glazed and 0.9W/(m²K) triple glazed.
Graham continued: HWL is a company that majors on its craftsmanship and attention to detail and while these are traditional values. We are also proud of the fact that we operate a very forward-thinking customer service model. We know from increasing demand that the heritage sector is becoming increasingly competitive. Our product offer is designed to give our customers a distinct advantage and our cloud-based portal means they can do so while operating as effectively as possible.
