BEAM PANEL SAWS BPS 95 T

Steton BPS 95 beam saw: high performances, solid, accurate mechanics and advanced electronic solutions.

BPS 95 beam saws are available both in versions at front loadfing and the versions “T” at rear loading with lifting table. The electric lifting table is operated through 4 steel screws and bronze nutscrews and controlled by the PC and a limit photoelectric cell. In the CE versions, the sides of the table are fenced with a net and the loading side is guarded by a cell barrier.

The pusher, running on precision guides, is powered by an inverter, with position reading on a magnetic band. The 5 strong pincers of the standard equipment hold the panels up to the last cut in the pressure beam area.

• Special scoring system for postforming panels, with blade Ø 250, motor 3 kW (4 HP).
• The electronic adjustment of the blade height allows the execution of slots too, even intercalated with throughs cuts.
